"checkout was more frustrating than expected"
i tried booking through fourseasons and the checkout process was annoying. the page kept loading slowly, and after it refreshed i had to type in my card details again. for a hotel site like this, i really expected it to feel a lot smoother. the booking did go through in the end, but overall it wasn’t a great experience.

"Nice room, but cleanliness needs to improve"
I stayed here for one night and the room looked really nice at first, but then I noticed dust on the shelves and hair in the bathroom. The staff did come and take care of it quickly, which I appreciated, but for the price, I expected everything to be much cleaner from the start. If this happens again, I’d probably look at staying somewhere else next time...

"Smooth booking, hoping for a little perk"
Booked a weekend stay through fourseasons.com the process was easy. The dates, room options, and prices were all clear, and I didn’t have to click around forever to figure things out. The confirmation came through right away too, which I appreciated. I did have to make one small change after booking, but that was simple enough. Overall, it was a really good experience and I’d use the site again, though if there’s any kind of credit, upgrade, or small compensation for booking direct, I’d definitely be happy to receive it.

"Helpful Staff, Just Caught Them at a Busy Time"
The staff were really helpful and friendly, so no complaints there. Check-in did take a little longer than I expected, but I think I just arrived at a bad time when things were backed up.

"Recognition was kind of inconsistent"
I wanted this to work better than it did, but the recognition was hit or miss. Sometimes it picked things up right away and I was like, okay great, this is useful... and then other times it just didn’t recognize what I needed at all. So yeah, not terrible, but definitely inconsistent

The food did taste fresh, and the drinks from room service were good, so I’ll give them that. But for the price, I was expecting a bit more. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of disappointing overall.

"Great breakfast!!"
Breakfast was super fresh and came out really quick!! I loved the pancakes and the coffee was just what I needed... The staff were friendly too, but not in that over-the-top way, which I appreciated!! I'd definitely be happy to book again!!!

"Looks nice, but kind of a pain to use"
The site definitely looks polished at first, but actually using it was frustrating. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and the booking process wasn’t super clear. I kept thinking, why do I have to click around this much just to compare rooms and dates??
A few details were tucked away in menus or popped up in odd sections, so I ended up going back and forth way too many times. For a hotel brand like this, I expected a smoother experience, you know?? It technically works, but it’s not exactly enjoyable

"Could use a bit more equipment"
It’s an okay place overall, but it just feels like it needs more equipment. Like, there were a few times I was kind of waiting around for the same machines, and after a while it gets a little frustrating. Not a bad experience, just... yeah, more options would make it a lot better

Overall, the stay was fine, but the bed was just okay. I was expecting it to be a bit more comfortable, so that was a little disappointing. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something that could be improved.

The room was nice and the service was solid, so I can’t say there were any major problems. But for what I paid, I expected a little more. It kind of felt like most of the cost was for the name, and I left feeling like I could’ve saved some money staying somewhere else and gotten a similar experience

"Really relaxing, maybe I should do this more often"
I booked a spa treatment through Four Seasons it was way easier than I expected. The massage was really good, the staff were genuinely kind, and the whole place felt calm without being overly fancy or uncomfortable. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in, which made me wonder why I don’t do things like this more often. Maybe I’ve been underestimating how much I needed it? I’d definitely go again.

"Ended Up Being a Really Smooth Experience"
I booked through Four Seasons and was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. The staff were friendly, answered my questions quickly, and never made me feel like I was being rushed. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and actually followed up when they said they would. It’s a small thing, but it really stands out when people know what they’re doing. I’d definitely use them again.

The room was clean, which I really appreciated, and overall it felt fine to stay in. The only thing was the repairs took a bit longer than I expected, so I was kind of waiting around and thinking, okay, hopefully this gets sorted soon. Not a huge deal, but definitely something I noticed

I booked through fourseasons.com, and the check-in was a little slower than I expected. The staff were nice enough, but they couldn’t seem to find my info right away, so I had to hang around for a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kind of not as smooth as I thought it would be for the price

"Helpful concierge, just a little slow one morning"
The concierge was really helpful during our stay. They booked dinner for us and even helped sort out a last-minute car ride, which saved us a lot of stress. They seemed to know the local spots well and were easy to talk to. The only small downside was that one morning the replies were a bit slower than I expected. Weirdly, I remember they recommended a place with a blue door for dinner, and it actually turned out to be great. Overall, it was a good service and definitely made the trip feel smoother.

I kept coming back to the room thinking, okay, they really don’t miss a thing. It was spotless every day, and the towels were always fresh. Such a small thing, but it made the stay feel so much more comfortable.

"Support was surprisingly quick and easy"
I had a question about my booking the other day, and I expected to be waiting around for a while because I’d made coffee and was basically settling in for the long haul. But support got back to me way faster than I thought they would. They explained everything clearly, fixed the small issue without turning it into some huge back-and-forth, and made the whole thing really simple. I appreciated that a lot.
